Public Participation Guidelines
The Commission and Illinois Board of Interpreters accept public comments for the scheduled meeting. There are two options to submit the public comments:
Option 1: Submit a written comment in e-mail to DHH.Communications@illinois.gov. Please put "Public Comment for (Date of Meeting) - Written Submission" in the Subject Line. Your comment will then be included in the record. Written comments must be received by 4:30pm on the day before the meeting.
Option 2: Persons in attendance at either the Commission or Illinois Board of Interpreters Meeting may wish to address the Commissioners or the Board Members during the public comments portion of the meeting.
Reasonable Accommodation
