The Illinois Deaf and Hard of Hearing Commission is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee and direct the agency’s operational functions. The COO will manage agency payroll, ensure efficient office operations, and collaborate closely with the Director on key issues. Additional responsibilities include coordinating personnel transactions, maintaining policy manuals and procedures, and compiling and managing reports and files for employee-related programs.
